- Reinforcing entrepreneurial competencies
- Assisting in the identification of strengths/ weaknesses in the current businesses and opportunities/threats in the business environment
- Guiding in the preparation of a business improvement or expansion plan for implementation

14 Days (including fieldwork day)
02 modules in 13 days (6 days + 7 days, with a break in between)
03 modules in 12 days (3 days + 4 days + 5 days, with 2 breaks in between)
10 days (excluding fieldwork day)
