- Improving skills on marketing, production, organization & management and financial dimensions of business management

- For owners and managers of small and medium enterprises
- For those who have identified a business opportunity and have the intention to start a new business
- And want to prepare a professional business plan or business expansion plan
Duration:
- 8 days including fieldwork
- 6 days plus fieldwork (break in between)
- 5 days (for participants who have completed CEFE Entrepreneurial Competencies Enhancement module and CEFE Business Opportunity Identification and Selection module
