The main training methodology used in our program is the CEFE methodology. This methodology is participatory interactive and based on adult learning methods. During the program the participant will be exposed to various Structured Learning Experiences (SLEs), business simulation exercises role plays case studies, short lecturettes, field work etc. Particularly the training will be based on the use of adult learning cycle and the structured learning experiencing cycle (SLE cycle) which are explained below.
