- Guiding towards the preparation of a professional business plan for start up or expansion of the business
- Improving skills on marketing, production, organization & management and financial dimensions of business management
Duration
- 8 days including fieldwork
- 6 days plus fieldwork (break in between)
- 5 days (for participants who have completed CEFE Entrepreneurial Competencies Enhancement module and CEFE Business Opportunity Identification and Selection module
